union ads

well the local is at it again ( twu234 ) , they have started to advertise in the daily news , metro and probably some other publications . For all those who don't know this is the unions way of gaining support , problem is the opinion is noboy is sympethic to the union cause , because !. the guys make too much for such easy work , or 2. I would their work for half of what they make . Public opinion is'nt that much in favor of corperate giants like septa either , but the union could do so much more like not striking would be the most important , in addition stop hiding in that new union hall down spring garden . In most cases they work like septa managers do , in that you never see the guys who make decisions . Well that's my rant . In closing I think union should be out the communities they serve , especially when they see the same ridership everyday . I hope you think about that next time you get on a bus or read a union ad in a newspaper asking for your support .

when I'm riding on a route it's usually a habit of mine to sit in the rear of the bus . But when I'm operating a bus I try to ask passengers in a quiet manner if they would'nt mind giving up seats usually they comply .
